    Thanks for your response, it is appreciated, while I agree with your qualitative statements re SGH, companies sharing the same attributes, have gone out the door so to speakABC Learning for example, not that I am suggesting SGH will suffer the same fate. But I am wary of the growth by acquisition when net cash for the past 5 years has been so low, i have posted the figures it is something like -$25m, -.0.8m, 16m, 5.2m and 6.8 m. At the same time it has goodwill associated with WIP,many times more than this cash that is meagrely being thrown off. So I am not asking posters to provide an investment case for SGH, to hlep dtetermine whether I should buy or not, but to answer this specific concern of mine. Then if a satisfactory answer can be given, the given the positive qualitatives, I might buy in. Now if one cant ask a specific financial question query about a stock, then I guess it a forum best left for rampers and downrampers, of which I am neither.
