    Yes, they would change auditor. Having said that, having a big 4 firm doesn't guarantee anything. Quindell used KPMG, which is one of the big 4, and they still stuff up the financial (heck, this is the reason why they are in the mess they are in right now, because they used KPMG and they didn't do a good job).
