Not sure where the whiff of fraud or incompetent communication comes in, its all laid out step by step in the acquisition presentation realised to the market on the 30/3/2015.

in case you didn't realise , the company is under investigation by ASIC and the vendor of their UK business is under investigation by the UK regulator

hence the "whiff"

you may choose to view that favourably but it doesn't look to me that many others are
