SC1
SC1 could be the bellringer this company needs. You only need one massive drug to hit the market to make billions here. China is huge - we all know that, but more importantly is their ability to move this into commerciality. Putting their larger funds and efforts into this while giving PAB steady income is a great way forward. Once they have formulated a way to commerical sales we will still retain the rights to the rest of the world which further deals can be done. Plus we get a % of sales in China. China is also not so imposed by the overly stringent German standards.

SM6
SM6 looks like it is a goner, much like SC1 was several years ago. We have all been waiting for SM6 to be the company maker, but perhaps we have been misled or perhaps it still could be in the distant future. But with the licencing of SC1 that seems to have changed.

So not sure what is going to happen now with SM6 which was supposed to be holy water with such promise. We will need to watch this space, perhaps sell the patent and/or rights similar to SC1. CarT methodology was supposed to fix the manufacture issues but obviously something has gone awry.

Payments
I believe it remains confidential for commercial reasons. There is a reason for this. Releasing this information without further deals in other markets could compromise the strength of those agreements. Keeping cards close to your chest to get better deals in the future is the way to go.
