thanks guys, if this gets moving, I am sure it will make money.
Though one thing I was looking at is that they have $20 million and more to repay mid-next year.
In addition they have to pay $4 million first? to buy out 100%.
would that in some way make it harder for them, not sure if the current guys would still be as friendly when the loan is not repaid.
