Ann: Market Update, page-34

I have been in contact with the company today, trying to get an update from David but he is currently away overseas at the moment.  However I have been informed that with regards to the equity raise:

"The shareholders will be able to participate in this raise, and that in the next few days we will make this process clear."

Certainly if we get a clearer picture of where we are and we are lining up that home straight I'll be keen to sink a few more bucks into this company.
