I expect it all relates to payments made to ACO and loans taken out by students that the ACCC considers somewhat fraudulent (or should we say misleading and deceptive). I would think that the ACCC is looking for ACO to pay back the said loans without going to court. Once the court papers are served ACO will know how many millions we are talking about and this should be announced to the market.
