Goodbye to the three retiring Directors (Consultants, whatever) who leave IMI after some 4 - 5 years not living up to their loft CV's and arguably leaving shareholders much worse off than when they were "engaged". Be interesting to see what consultancy fees they will be owed upon departure.

Shareholders have been completely shagged and there is more to come from the new Directors in order to get IMI back on track. Billions of shares on issue and another restructure required to facilitate any future "takeover" or business direction change. I suggest now a 1:100 reconstruction will occur and that will render about 98% of shareholders with non-tradable share parcells. Not the time to buy IMI in my opinion.
