I tend to agree, however all companies big or small need cash for growth, it's about delivery. Small caps, it's obviously more in face. A dollar is a dollar. Time is a beautiful thing. High tide, low tide, and the waves between.

As west coast mentions, delivery, reaction, and now time for the company to speak at the AGM. Perhaps the OS expansion was simply a timed move to greener pasture... Money better spent so to speak. ??
