Seen this all before with RTOs: XPE SYT IAM there's an initial boom based on hype than a 'cooling off period'. After that, the real run begins especially with good news, TA complimented by FA so to speak. EPT has been in sell mode since mid December and my gut is sensing sellers are just about exhausted.
