SGH people are used to.stress and BS even they creat in courts so it's like water off a ducks back I'd say. ASIC are trying to destroy businesses they never help businesses but imo SGH will survive these attacks they hide as non attacks on them. ASIC rattling cage of more experienced people than most of them. ASIC doing what some police do with their guns in USA everyone is guilty until proven innocent. These guys love the power they have to try to prove ASIC might be competent. Let's wait and see.

If ASIC do win then govt will prove the judiciary and total legal fraternity are all frauds. Do they want that?
