ASIC might think it doing its job but I identified at least 5 companies who they not yet even asked the right questions to get even close at investigating serious fraud involving possibly $hundreds of millions and funnily enough they don't appear to have a dedicated department when I called them to suggest they investigate. I'll be contacting their Auditors direct and asking them a few pertinent questions and see how they answer the questions. Reality is ASiC staff are not that experienced except at asking some questions but don't know which companies they should be really chasing. They wasting their time on SGH while the bigger fish keep doing their thing.
