First time i have seen a deal done at such a massive discount and left to float in the ether for the next couple of weeks. I still don't fully understand why he sold at such a discount because the stock is trading at more than twice the bid price. I think the entire deal is odd. Perhaps he thought the redemptions would be far higher and therefore it would drop the value of the company. If this does not happen, he has basically given away his company for chips and Soul Pat is telling everyone to stick around. This suggests that Hall either knows something we don't or he has lost prospective at some level. The justification for him selling also is out of wack with the markets valuation. If he sells out the balance at $1, it just does not make sense because he misses the upside and yet he is telling people not to sell.
