While not too great for SH atm i think this is a great Ann if it means that the ASX are finally cracking down on these lawyers slush fund companies. I mean $5 mill for an idea that had and has never produced a brazz razu??? How did that ever pass the pub test let alone ASX rules???
If they now have to actually purchase something which is a going concern with SH hard earned then I think that offers some potential light at the end of another long tunnel.
I suppose with $2.5 mill left in the kit you won't be seeing wall jump ship until him and his mates at steinpres parasitanini have bled the beast dry.
If there was ever a time for a S249D I reckon now would be it.
