Nah - I think ASX runs a ruler over the financials/funding/etc and indicates compliance costs and what-not. It's still ZYB to make the call whether the opportunity is worth the compliance costs or is therefore 'untenable'. Just IMO - don't quote me on that.

I actually think it generally bodes well in that sense - dud Co's should then get higher worth acquisitions/RTOs in instead of going for the 1-year fleece.

Someone is happy to hold these - to be a fly on the wall...
