Yes they did. We're a quarter on from that. And they continue to spend on development of ZYB. As I said it all depends on how quickly thy are wittling away the money. If they are close to their estimates then they are still in a good position to acquire with the cash they have but if they're spending a lot more then it becomes an issue. Unfortunately ZYB hasn't a good track record on placements. They've issued a hell of a lot of shares over the last couple of years.
