I would say yes. Links to these data centres and the cloud solutions they host could be managed and scaled up/down in real time via the megaport product. The added flexibility and improved experience this provides customers should, in theory, result in a greater uptake of Oracle's data centres/products i.e. It's a win/win for both companies
