Hi Ryrie,

Sorry about this stock which I think I tipped to you.  I just went to the West Australian McGrath site and it appears to be absolutely dead.  There are no houses being built and there was only one completed house there and I think that house might have been built ages ago and just used internally.  It is a quite large building site and it is amazing to see it empty.

It seems that Couran Cove is everything for this company now, and maybe it will work for the shareholders.  I regularly look at the site below to see what users are saying

and the recent uses of the island seem much more positive than those prior to when Onterran took control.

It is annoying that the Onterran Board has not put out a first half six month report and they tell us very little about what is going on.  At least the company has plenty of money involved thanks to the new preference shareholders.
