Let's assume, based on the Ann - that discussions have ceased and that the potential customer had walked (or been walked)
AND - that they cannot be named due to confidentiality as per the Ann..
1. Both Sentry and NAB have previously been named. Thus if they have walked we should be told so
2. Not every business deal goes down. It's impossible to realistically expect this. And a fledgling company like IAM needs to work extra hard - they are a small fish trying to 'nab' a big fish. It's amazing they even have NAB / sentry.

IMO - this is a deal that has not worked out because the 3rd party, who is not NAB or Sentry, wanted something IAM couldn't accept for whatever reason.

Short term pain here - and because management are good!!! Because good management don't sell out for short term gain, long term pain. And they were willing to let the deal go instead of compromising too far.

I'm sorry for all holders here and what this means for you all short term - but I firmly believe this company is on the right path
