The only solace I can take is from the wording as jocko pointed out. It looks like IAM weren't happy enough with the deal that the other party was proposing, and called it off. "not concluded to the Company’s satisfaction"

This could mean two things, one that the deal is dead in the water. That's the worst case scenario but only in the short term.

The other possibility is the other party is mulling things over, and could come back to the table in the future. The trading halt needed them to release a statement today, and they gave it to us straight up, it's entirely possible that next week the other entity will come back and agree to IAM's terms.

We simply don't know enough at this stage. I'll be holding, as while this is a setback, it hasn't really changed much. It's going to be a rough few days, but I'm happy to hold on and pick up some more when this reaches the bottom.
