Thred reminds me of NWZ. It was going to be a game changer app. It had had one big pump and ever since its been initiating new cap raisings every 3 months and the dilution has totally destroyed any value existing shareholders had. The number of shares on issue is mind boggling.

The scary thing is that NWZ's chart starting from 2014 looks incredibly similar to THD showing the multiple spikes during the pump NWZ had 2014 and then the dump after the massive cap raise from which it never recovered.

In fact NWZ's chart on a weekly chart kind of shows you what will happen to THD into the future. You can virtually overlay THD chart on NWZ's chart price if you put the last 6 months price of Thred with NWZ's in 2014. Basically its shows you what THD's share price will do over the next 2.5 years going forward with multiple cap raising, huge numbers of new shares issued and more escrow shares coming out of release.

Both were marketed as Apps to be the next big thing/game changers

Its not right for existing shareholders but there is only one winner from it all..........
