Secondly, as mentioned in my comment above^, the holder of these shares can't dump that amount of stock as there is simply not the demand for it. As another person mentioned and I agree, it also won't instil much confidence in holders if a 78m holder sells their holding, therefore any slight selling will result in more holders dumping etc price goes to 0.1c before holder of 78m can dump all their stock so the holder is in a conundrum regardless of how they offload.

Or there is the decision to hold a few months until sp recovers, slowly sell off etc/dump at pump and increase current roi by possibly twofold.

Or there is the possibility these shares will be immediately bought out by another significant holder before even hitting the market.
