True, then consider that anybody who is buying at these prices obviously knows that it won't be a quick profit and is comfortable with holding on for months. In that time this will find support and selling will eventually dry up/provide opportunity for the 78m holder to offload slowly or sell into pump.
Unless of course the 78m is dumped and in which case nobody would touch this, a lot of current bids would disappear and the holder still has a component of his shares unsold unless he smacks the sell at MV button and gets in line before every other seller.
