When they bought Star Vegas in 2015 the property had 55 years of a 70 year lease remaining. The casino is located in a special economic zone between Cambodia and Thailand. There was no mention of the license specifically that I found in the booklet sent to shareholders prior to the purchase of Star Vegas. This is a good question.
