HI migloo, your article is very important as it assumes that Safenet Assured Techologies ( Gemalto) being the major supplier to US govt is going to be a major beneficiary to what will happen in the US. So someone should ask Wilson on the 28th if the 10& 100gb encryptors are going to be supplied to US defence dept by Safenet?? and if so who is going to manufacture these encryptors as the criteria for all sales to US must be where the technology is made in the USA. This question is vital as an affirmative response would mean that Senetas has arrived in the biggest market in the world as these sales would open up worldwide possibilities and the future would be unlimited. I don't think Wilson will reply to this question as Senetas cannot make it public for a number of reasons.Finally all I can say is that Safenet range of encryptors that they can offer to the US govt are only the Senetas range as they don't use any other supplier in layer 2 technology and back in April 2016 they released the 100gb encryptor to the govt in Washington ,even before it had received Fips certification.
