You are comparing the size of the Brisbane site - which contains all Redflow's non-manufacturing-related staff, equipment storage and staff office space plus the battery core development R&D facility plus manufacturing facilities capable of making batteries (albeit at low volume in that site), with a facility in Thailand which is dedicated solely to manufacturing alone.

I'd say the size in Thailand is 'just about right' for the role its been set up for. Why would you want us to rent a heap of space at extra cost that we aren't going to use in the short to medium term ? Not as if its hard to rent more space there later.
