How generous of them. I'm glad they've given themselves three years to find something they think might add value to Ensogo.
I haven't bothered to read the accounts. Can any confirm how much they are paying themselves to sit on their hands and read the classifieds?
"On 21 June 2016, the Company requested that its securities be suspended from official
quotation in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2 until the Company is in a position to satisfy the
requirements of the Listing Rules for reinstatement of its securities to trading. It is the
understanding of the Company that it has until 21 June 2019 to satisfy the requirements for
reinstatement, failing which it will be de-listed.
The Board of Directors will continue to actively evaluate various options available to the
Company in relation to reinstatement of its securities to trading. If such efforts fail to produce
a suitable path to reinstatement in the allotted time period, the directors will consider returning
the remaining capital of the Company to shareholders."
