Yes, I think that's a fair assessment. CNW does have something of a problem in selling its "story", as it's a rather dull story. The work they do is not particularly interesting to Joe Public and you can see most investors' eyes glazing over as soon as you even mention words like "the cloud".
And yes, by contrast you could start an explorer company from nothing tomorrow and mention you're exploring for lithium or whatever the flavour-of-the-month commodity is and sit back and watch the price take off on nothing but blue sky and wishes and dreams.
But I subscribe to the old Ben Graham advice that in the short term the market is a voting machine, and in the long term a weighing machine. I'd rather be in CNW for the long term on that basis. The boring factor will cease to matter if/when they start posting regular profits. That will get anyone's attention. Let's hope it's soon.
