Most likely Alex did not return my phone call due to him knowing this announcement would come out. We need to remember that in order for this float to do well, Gridcomm need to show that they can convert their idea to cash... they are obviously struggling to do this, most likely not due to the idea but because they are crap at sales. Once contracts are signed and revenue streams can be estimated, they can then be entered in the prospectus to say "xx deals have now been signed and we are expecting circa $2.5mil from these deals in FY xx". This will more likely attract investors than the statement "we are not sure when revenue will be achieved and after years of testing the technology we have been unable to sign a deal".
