Cannot see ASIC doing anything about this as I am pretty confident nothing has been done that is wrong. In addition, as long as Alex keeps paying the listing fees, he can drag this out. Only way I can see this being wound up is if by some form of agreement, Gridcomm and ODN agree to cancel the MOU. Then again ALex may be able to identify another RTO opportunity.
Lodged a complaint with ASIC once (regarding the lack of disclosure in an Appendix 4c). They got back to me quickly but never took it further and I never heard back.
