The Company advises that it lodged the application with the Federal Court of Australia and the matter was listed to be heard on 18 January 2018. The Company advises that the hearing has been adjourned until after 22 February 2018 in order to give the Company, ASIC and/or ASX time to file and consider further affidavits and submissions.
Regarding the previously contemplated transaction, the Company confirms that it is keen to pursue an alternate transaction form and is working with international advisors to achieve this.
