1. How likely do you guys think legal action is given the current situation? (eg. class action, institutional investor claw back etc)
2. How satisfied are you with the announcements GSW made? Does it address your concerns?
3. How bullish (or bearish) does the company's future look to you?

Anyone and everyone can speculate on why this and what that but fundamentally comes down to trust, belief and results. Trust in management to tell the truth and not water down information, belief from investors that GSW can achieve their potential and finally results where they are generating revenue of significance (at least $1 million a quarter) with cost gradually coming under control.
