Hi Shane.Thanks for your post.I was particularly interested in your comments about compliance remaining an unsolved problem in US and Europe and that a large number of banks are still not technically non compliant.Baumi also posted the compliance response by the federal govt with substantial fines now in place especially for companies.
Some posters here like David Clarke are obviously spreading false and misleading information saying that Nor have missed the boat.obviously this is incorrect and he should either get his facts right or stop posting false information to suit his own agenda.
