I know that building. There is DA and a decision was due in March. There was significant opposition to it because they wanted to go 4-5 stories, which is higher than adjoining buildings. Nothing has been published on the Council's website - so I'm not sure whether the DA was approved.
If they get the DA through, it will give a kicker to the price - but it's hard to see it at $20m. It's not the easiest site. If they are carrying it at $20m, my lay-person's view, that is a bit of a red flag.
The makeshift hole-in-the-wall bar/cafe on the ground floor is quite funky.
