This is what I think they will do. They will try to be tricky and change their language. They will say 'operations have commenced'. - 'Operations' used to mean the exchange up and running and company's/individuals trading through it. - Now 'Operations' will mean, work is going on behind the scenes, we are making great progress etc. Don't forget that first ever announcement made in November when they said 'development on the exchange will begin immediately'
