Not sure about the delay but happy that the market is in repair mode this week after a terrible 2-3 months. So any delay may work to our favour.
I imagine ASX needs to be careful in allowing a MM business to trade on the local market but, and operating OS.
Not sure what the precedents are here, but it's all a new sector still so they need to be careful, I would imagine.
