ASIC never does anything about these situations, but it's worth looking in the mirror when asking this question. 'Why isn't ASIC doing anything about such an obvious situation?' is in many ways similar to 'Why the heck was anyone holding as an investor at any point during the last 8 years while the situation was so obvious?'
