Yeah I am confused too.
I look at the slide from the recent BBIG presentation that appears to be a document signing ceremony. There looks to be several heavy hitters there that I assume would not appreciate being presented with material that is "preliminary, not verified, indicative or out of date" as per the FMS Market Update today should they have been in attendance at the presentation.
Then again maybe BBIG felt it was time to mention FMS given FMS shareholders were advised in the "Offer Booklet for Entitlement Offer " on 25 June, 2018 that FMS would commence discussions with BBIG immediately with the objective of designing a potential association that may enable the further progression of the PIOP"
