I've been reading/holding/lamenting FMS for years now - having previously come to the conclusion that this is a bottom drawer until a miracle occurs. Certainly there are contributors to FMS discussions on Hotcopper that may keep detailed paper trails of the various releases, announcements etc. I would suggest those in the know may wish to revisit those releases, as if there is one discrepancy between todays announcement and what mgmt. are purporting, and it smells of previous misinformation or withholding full disclosure with the intent of 'not fully disclosing their responsibilities under ASIC or company law' then we may be onto something.
