    Dont think either reverse call or online lens is part of valuation now...

    Its the takeover, split and sell, and usage of cash and franking credit, and rto are all on the card, will be revealed soon...

    Board holds 30%, wilson holds 9, manning holds 17%, rest of top20 holds at 30%...

    5mil cash, 6.9mil franking credit, online lens with 5mil turnover and reverse call still profitable...

    One of days will be reckoning and reconciling
