    As I thought it would play out in the back of my mind. Meeting and resolutions now to be before any confirmation of finance approval, pathetic. Your questions Birchcorp now take on significant relevance. They should have told this lender where to go many moons ago. A vague statement imo and not sure if there is any real commitment from this lender.
