    It's a positive ann in that the lender has confirmed their commitment. The only issue being the delay over their board meeting.

    What blows my mind though is why the f*** havn't RES been actively pursuing this alternate funding all along? It's like an on again, off again relationship. Just court the bitch and get it over with!
