    I think they are in alot deeper crap than for just failing to release cleansing statements. Otherwise they would all be released now. 

     question i ask is. Who were said issued shares given to.? How many ? And have they been onsold ?

    And were all related transactions actually legal ?

    My thoughts are, possible standover tactics going on atm to prevent the truth coming to light.

    Hopefully im wrong.
