    Dear WOT,


    It has nothing to do with Mbalam Cameroon extension. It seems that WAPRC may struggle to come out with $100 million. If they do have this money, up to now they have not received the approval from China's NDRC approval that they are allowed to invest in Australia. ANS/WAPRC has not provided update in this matter. No news means bad news. This is the main problem. Therefore, noteholders should not agree for the extension to 31 March 2019. No money, no Talk.
