I lost heavily on this one - 96% loss - the main thing is the RC - otherwise the company had not done anything that bad, it should not be published so severely because of one or two bad customer services. It is a time for management to show their resilience and continue to explore the insurance market - do not stop and merely copy. I do not know why there was a RC and what RC was trying to achieve
