I highly doubt this goes through but Alex has a lot outstanding personally though so it’s in his greed interest - i would say the deal would get cut back on this as far as valuation goes to get it across the line...

assume after the pre-IPO raise (if that’s successful) that gridcomm carry a complex structure and debt..
