    Wow what a mess. The absence of sales should be extremely worrying, obviously. These guys are spending in the order of $10M (capex + opex) on 100% spec. No other DC operator does that, they underwrite with anchor tenant/s and do some overbuild for new sales. With no infra sales after this long it's pure gamble territory - build and they will come.
