In other words, previously we said we may be in breach of our loan covenants already.

(And dont forget CFO left for personal reasons after only 2 months on the job)

Today are just letting you know that despite the ongoing restructure on the business we said over and over again was ok, we believe we may still be in breach of our massive loan agreement with Oaktree which isnt that old and we will detail things in our accounts, and we are in talks with the secured creditor
