You may be right, they might be trying to end it all now. However, I do recall there being other damages DNA where pursuing in Cambodia outside of Singapore, for instance they claimed the vendor cut off power to a part of the building. So, it may be just the stuff going on in Cambodia. I really don't know, perhaps it would make sense to settle it all now and drop the Singapore case. But, an entire settlement would surely be huge money, and the vendor doesn't seem like that type of operator, why would he suddenly give DNA US50m or something alike? Doesn't make sense.
