DNA will cancel Somboon's 140 m shares, plus the $20m fee DNA owe Somboon will be cancel. In return Somboon will be allow to operate Galaxy, the non compete clause will ne ripped out.

Somboon will allow DNA to sell Star Vegas.

How much will Star Vegas fetch? that's the million dollars question.

The land is worth around $100m already, i think most likely Star Vegas can be sold for $200m USD.

minus all expenses and debts, we're looking at a share price between 35 - 45 cents.
